Boo School - Hornbeak

Where: Black Oak Elementary School, 365 North Shawtown Road, Hornbeak, TN
When: Thursday Oct 30 5-7 p.m.
There will be trick-or-treating in classrooms in safety and comfort; unlimited jumping and bouncing activities; concessions, with barbecue; face painting; prizes; a costume contest beginning at 5:30 p.m.; and lots of fun. Please enter through the gym lobby in the rear of the school.
Admission is $3 for children.

Fall Festival - Martin

17th Annual Fall Festival
Where: Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 562 Old Troy Road, Martin, TN
When: Sunday, Nov. 2 3-4:30 p.m.
A hayride and bonfire cookout will begin at 4:45 p.m.
Activities will include games, blow-up slide, jump castle, cakewalks, candy and food.
Children are invited to wear friendly costumes and bring a container to collect treats.

Halloween Light Show - Greenfield

If ghosts, witches, vampires and tombstones make your blood race in the month of October, a visit to 304 Hatcher St. in Greenfield is a must for you. Throughout the month of October, from 7-11 nightly, you can watch a light show featuring blinking tombstones, a choir of ghosts and witches cooking their brew. The show features the popular hit songs “Ghostbusters,” “The Addams Family,” “This Is Halloween” and “Thriller.” As you pass by and tune in to 91.7 FM, you will hear a number of songs coordinated with the decorations. Keith Douglas and his wife, Denise, encourage everyone to “Mark your calendar and stop by at least one October evening and experience the fun.”

Location: Obion County Fairgrounds
Admission: $5.00 per person
As you enter the lobby, you will be instructed on the "do's" and "don't's" of the MAZE.
While waiting for your turn to begin your journey, you will hear the shrieks and screams of those who have gone before you.
PLEASE, don't let this scare you off.... YOU HAVENT EVEN STARTED YET!!!!
Once you enter the MAZE itself, and the door closes behind you... you will have two choices to make......go left? or go right?...
The MAZE is not very well lit, but there is SOME light, and the creatures that lurk in the MAZE know that it is human nature to seek out the light... but if you avoid the light, are you any safer!!?? Please.....BEWARE!!.
We remind you, THIS IS A MAZE, NOT A TOUR !! NO GUIDES, NO ONE TO HELP YOU!!!
YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN !!!.
You never know what may be around the next corner!!!
It's up to YOU to find your way OUT!!
We ask that you NOT bring in cell phones, flashlights, light sticks or sharp objects of any kind. ALSO - we will NOT be responsible for any thing that may be broken or eaten while in the maze. This activity may NOT be suitable for small children.
